	Making a Big Problem Much Smaller Traditional home construction requires the rental of a large, roll-off waste container that can hold yards of scrap lumber, cardboard, drywall, tile and masonry. It costs money to have the container delivered and picked up, in addition to a rental fee while on-site. Unauthorized dumping into these roll-offs is a common and aggravating problem.
